Briefing

Lamark facilitates logistic services for assessment & exambureaus. Lamark provides a high-end personal space designed to cater to the specific needs of the candidate.

The Booking Environment includes payments and will be preparing cursists for their exam digitally. Preferences that need to be included for the execution of the exam are location, facilities, exams & exam topics.

We approached a data-driven-design for Lamark and her booking locations. Retreiving the user data and the facilities that are used at Lamark its location, gave us an in-depth view over the user and the customer journey. Thus, we could start designing based on the customer journey touch-points that they experience during the fulfillment of an exam at one of Lamark her locations.

Approach

Based on the user her touch-points and what they experience during an exam, the user requirements have been documented. These user requirements have been validated with the location facilitator and its developers. After the user requirements have been set-in-stone, the design phase have been started.

We applied lean design methodologies, and have been designing fidelity wireframing, that have been refined based on Lamark her provided feedback and the dashboard data.
